Rules for sending packages

Observing the set of rules established by the Customs authorities of the recipient country will help speed up the process of passing the customs control.

Pay attention to the goods prohibited to be shipped. This list is not a final. All information about prohibited goods in packages can be found on customs service’s websites of the country of your interest.

  1. Alcohol and tobacco products.
  2. Perishable goods (meat, sausages and dairy products; fruits and vegetables).
  3. Original documents (passports, birth certificates, etc).
  4. Medicines containing narcotic and psychotropic substances (sedatives and hypnotic drugs, powerful painkillers).
  5. Weapons: firearms, pneumatic, gas and signal weapons; Cold steel including projectile weapon; ammunition; electroshock and triggered spark gaps; parts of firearms.
  6. Radioactive substances.
  7. Narcotic drugs and substances of any psychotropic origin.
  8. Explosive and flammable substances.
  9. Drugs, food supplements and vitamins.
  10. Antiquities, jewelry, precious metals, postage stamps and banknotes of countries of the world.
  11. Human remains, organs and ashes.
  12. Securities, bonds and other payment documents.
  13. Indecent products like pornography.
  14. Works of art.
  15. Radiotelephones.
  16. Items prohibited for shipping by the World Transport Association, the Universal Postal Union and the rules of the customs code of the recipient country.
  17. Attention! Lithium batteries, telephones, lighters, household chemicals are forbidden for air transportation but allowed for sea transportation.
