• Your dispatches will cover thousands of kilometres before they came to the adressee, hence, it is very important to take care of proper cargo packaging using the relevant materials that will ensure cargo integrity throughout the carriage duration.

• Safe and correct packaging – guaranteeing the integrity of goods. The most common packaging materials are cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and tape.

• The materials needed for the correct packaging of your shipments can be purchased from our couriers.

• A mailing should be packed considering the parameters and properties of the dispatch contents.

• The packaging must correspond to both the contents and the weight, as well as to ensure its integrity during transportation.

• Important! To ensure the integrity of the package, the dimensions of the package must be observed, the contents of which must be arranged compactly and without gaps.

• Glass, plastic and other packaging containing liquid/friable contents must be hermetically sealed and protected from leakage/spillage.

• The contents of the package must be clean, free of odor and mold, to affect any other matter.

• The standard package may not exceed 30 kg in one place. If the shipment is higher than the indicated parameters, it is necessary to notify the operator in advance.

• Important! The maximum cost for a package cannot be higher than 300 EUR equivalent in lei at the NBM exchange rate (value of goods + cost of transportation), without payment of import duties.

• Important! Lithium batteries, telephones, lighters, household chemicals are prohibited for air transport, but are allowed for maritime transport.

• The contents of the package shipped may not be a commercial nature. The total quantity for the shipment cannot be more than 6 units of a certain  category. For small goods such as budget boxes, cosmetci units (varnish,lipstick, etc.), electrical details are allowed more than 6 units provided that the total amount is indicated and within the permit for personal use. Otherwise the goods will be considered as commercial goods.
