• Each parcel should be issued with a document containing list of contents of the parcel sent with their amount and cost. The bar code should be attached to the package.
• Standard parcel should not exceed the following parameters: 30kg. If shipment exceeds these parameters it is necessary to notify our operators.
• The package contents should be clean, odorless and mildew to avoid causing harm to other cargos.
• Reliable and proper packaging guarantees safety of your cargo. The most common packaging materials for parcels are bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and duct tape.
• Re-using of the box may lead to damage of the cargo. The stable position of the goods shipped (especially true for fragile items) does not allow them to break or damage.
• Fragile goods should not be in contact with each other. We use bubble wrap, padding material and polystyrene foam granules for their reliable transportation. It protects the cargo even if the package changes its position during transportation. We also use adhesive tape to strengthen the boxes. It is a great way to make it more durable.
